A protein conditioner can be beneficial for curly hair that is prone to dryness, frizz, or split ends. Curly hair has a naturally porous structure, which means it can easily lose moisture and be more susceptible to environmental stressors, heat styling, or chemical treatments.

Repairing and strengthening conditioner rich in vegetable hydrolysed protein and a strengthening complex that deeply penetrates the hair and repairs it from the inside out. Jojoba Oil leaves the hair shiny, while Lactic Acid closes the cuticle and reduces the risk of frizzy hair and environmental stress on your curls.

Curly Xclusive Protein Conditioner works by penetrating the hair strands and strengthening the hair from the inside out. This can help restore the hair’s natural elasticity, reduce split ends, and improve the texture and appearance of curls. Curly Xclusive Protein Conditioner can also help smooth the cuticle on your hair strands, which can reduce frizz and improve shine.

However, not all types of curly hair will benefit from a protein conditioner. If your hair is already sensitive to protein or prone to protein overload, using a protein conditioner can make your hair feel dry or stiff. It is important to listen to your hair and adjust your hair care routine accordingly.

For Curly Girl hair, a protein conditioner is often used in combination with a moisturising conditioner to maintain a healthy balance of moisture and protein in the hair. A perfect balance can make curly hair look its most beautiful and feel its best. Finding the perfect balance for your curls can take time - perfection requires patience!

Directions: Massage into damp lengths and ends. Once the conditioner is applied, you can use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to detangle your hair. Rinse off. For a stronger effect: Leave in your hair for 15-30 minutes or overnight. Can be used daily.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 – 2 working days however this can vary due to stock availability.

Furniture and equipment orders are normally delivered within 2 - 4 weeks although some items may take 6 - 8 weeks or longer.

Please note: All large furniture items are kerbside delivery only. You will be advised of the estimated delivery date shortly after your order is placed.

We use a courier ‘next working day’ delivery service for all orders dispatched by us to UK mainland addresses (some larger orders are sent direct from manufacturers).

Delivery times are quoted in good faith and we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries. Delivery of overseas orders may be affected due to political conflicts, such as war, civil unrest, martial law etc.

Please note that in some circumstances the delivery surcharge may need to be increased for large and/or bulky items either inside or outside of the Republic of Ireland. However, you will be informed of this before your order is dispatched.

Free delivery offer

Applies to orders placed online totalling £75 or more before VAT for delivery to UK mainland (excluding Rural Scotland). Training courses and delivery charges do not count towards the free delivery threshold.

Orders over this amount that include furniture or equipment will be subject to a surcharge. This will be advised depending on the item in question.

Next day delivery service

Orders placed online before 2:00pm will be eligible for next day delivery, this applies to orders placed Monday to Thursday on working days only. Orders placed before 2:00pm on Friday will normally be delivered the next Monday. This service is subject to stock availability and does not apply to orders including furniture, equipment or special-order items. Where the next working day is a bank holiday, goods will be out for delivery on the following working day.

Unwanted goods

Returning goods bought online is not a problem, all we ask is that they're returned within 28 days of delivery, unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Goods returned to us that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you at your cost (normally our standard delivery charge). Therefore, please inform us of your intention to return goods prior to dispatch.

Please return goods to the address shown below (returns cannot be processed in-store without prior authorisation) and ensure a copy of your invoice/receipt accompanies the return.

We strongly recommend that you use some form of recorded delivery and that goods are securely packaged and insured as we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged goods. If you’re unable to send goods back to us, we may arrange a collection however the cost of this will be deducted from any refund due. Collections usually cost around £15+VAT, you may need to pay in advance if the refund due does not cover this. The original delivery charge cannot be refunded. Furniture and equipment orders may be subject to additional conditions, please see below for details.

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns (subject to our discretion) of the following products if the packaging has been opened:

Faulty or incorrectly delivered goods

We take great care to ensure all goods you receive are correct and undamaged. However, in rare cases where incorrect or damaged goods are received please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@tradehairsupplies.com or calling 01325 467761.

We’ll arrange the collection of the goods (at our cost) and send out replacements as soon as possible. If it is more convenient for you to send the goods back to us, let us know and send them to the address below using recorded delivery and we’ll reimburse you the cost of this.

Please note that refunds cannot be processed in-store without prior authorisation. For items returned due to a fault that has developed within the manufacturer’s warranty period, a repair, exchange or refund will be offered once the fault has been confirmed.

In cases where the fault (or cause of the fault) is not apparent, we reserve the right to send the item for testing. This will usually be carried out by the manufacturer and their response will be required before any actions can be taken. We will notify you of the outcome and options available. If a manufacturing fault is not found the item will be sent back to you at your cost (normally our standard delivery charge).

Furniture and equipment items

Most furniture and equipment items are built to order or custom built; these items are subject to the following additional terms of cancellation or return: a deposit is required to secure a furniture order. Furniture and equipment orders cannot be cancelled more than 5 working days after being placed, we may in rare circumstances accept the cancellation or return of order outside of this time scale however this is at our discretion and may be subject to a charge of up to 20% of the value of the goods as well as the delivery charge.
